Emanual [Emanuel] Dannan HAWLEY
He was a Farmer.@12 "My father was a quiet man and loved to go to the
Hawley reunions. He would sit quietly and listen to the stories his children
would tell. Sometimes they would be making fun of him, but he just sat and
listened quietly. Once in a while he would come up with a humorous remark. The
Chamberlain side of the family was from whence the art of telling stories
came."@13
Emanual's family bible uses the spelling Emanual, his father
used Emanuel in his Civil War memoirs and the same spelling is used on the
gravestone.@14
She was in Wisconsin in 1900.@15 They were Methodists.@16ADD PIX TM-1321 (3 each)
